Klis Fortress

Klis fortress – it is a medieval fortress located in Dalmatia, near Split. It was a seat for many Croatian kings, and finally, the largest fortress during Ottoman wars in Europe.
Lately became very popular as it was a stage for the HBO series Game of Thrones. Among the classic guided tours, you can also get a guided Game of Thrones tour through the fortress.

Day plan:

• Pick-up in the morning at 08:00am (pick-up time is recommendable, but it can be adjusted to your needs)
• Stopping to buy some supplies (optional)
• Leave from Split
• Arrive at 08:30am (depends on traffic)
• Drop off at the entrance of the fortress and pick-up afterwards at the same location
• Return to Split

Fortress is open to visitors from 08:30 – 22:00
